Dr. Michael Au graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in 2012. Following graduation, he completed a residency program at Nova Southeastern University in Pediatrics and Binocular Vision. Dr. Au has since been a full-time faculty member at Nova Southeastern University, where he currently holds the rank of Assistant Professor. Dr. Au is a Fellow of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development.
His research interests include the application of technology in treatment of binocular vision disorders and implementation in vision therapy. Dr. Au is currently course instructor for the fourth year Pediatrics Case Conference and the Pediatric Optometry and Learning Related Vision Problems laboratory. He also has clinical teaching assignments in the primary care and the pediatrics and binocular vision clinics.
