  • The cancellation policy is 7 days prior to 4pm on the arrival date. Deposit will be forfeited if reservations are cancelled or length of stay shortened within 7 days of arrival.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the program, please notify us by email as soon as possible. We will refund your registration fee based upon the following schedule:

  • 100% refund if notified by July 1, 2019
  • No refunds after July 1, 2019

There will be no refund if you do not attend the program or do not notify us in advance.   As a reminder, compliance with Board guidelines requires punctual attendance for CE credit. Those persons who do not arrive on time for a course will not receive credit.  The Florida Board of Optometry states in Chapter 64B13-5.001 (1): “Credit will be allowed on the basis of an hour for hour. To receive one hour credit, a licensed practitioner must attend not less than 50 minutes.”

COPE, FL, NC, SC approved courses.  Georgia pending 6/2/19.
