Transcript Quality Testing Pre-Event rate  of $75, covers 3 or more exams.  If you only need 1-2 exams you can pay post event at the rate of $30 per exam.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the program, please notify us by email as soon as possible. We will refund your registration fee based upon the following schedule:

  • 100% refund if notified at least by October 20, 2017.
  • No refunds after October 20, 2017.

There will be no refund if you do not attend the program. As a reminder, compliance with Board guidelines requires punctual attendance for CE credit. Those persons who do not arrive on time for a course will not receive credit.  The Florida Board of Optometry states in Chapter 64B13-5.001 (1): “Credit will be allowed on the basis of an hour for hour. To receive one hour credit, a licensed practitioner must attend not less than 50 minutes.”
