Dr. Chris Woodruff

Dr. Chris Woodruff graduated from the Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1986. He was a partner in a private optometric practice in Mansfield, Ohio from 1986 to 1993. In 1994 Dr.Woodruff joined the faculty at Nova Southeastern University, where he currently holds the rank of Associate Professor. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Florida Optometric Association, the Broward County Optometric Association, and the American Public Health Association. His current research interests include contact lenses (he is a photographer for the CLEK Study) and practice management. Dr. Woodruff recently completed his M.B.A. and has authored several articles on practice management.

Current Teaching assignments include epidemiology, ophthalmic optics, and contact lens laboratories and clinics. Dr. Woodruff also guest lectures in practice management, contact lenses, and low vision courses.
